Mouldy bathroom

Our bathroom is gross. The previous owner did a lovely job of making the flat look lovely. Fresh paint, nice carpets, etc. However, what they failed to do in a tiny bathroom with no window is use bathroom paint. The result is a bathroom with mouldy paint pealing off the ceiling. No photos, it's minging. Anyway, over the weekend I have been collecting pictures for Pinterest for my dream bathroom.

I like this Farrow and Ball colour for the the ceiling and border along the walls. It's called 'Arsenic', what a great name for a colour.

I so, so want this for the floor. Being a miniscule bathroom it can't possibly cost us too much to do. Can it?
